Nuclear for the Poor, Renewables for the Rich?

経済の南北問題は原発の南北問題になっています。
南は原発に北は再生可能エネルギーに金を費やす。
the global south wants to spend tens of billions of dollars on nuclear plants while the global north looks to spend hundreds of millions on decentralised, renewable energy.

この議論の中で
人類に対する罪はクリーンエネルギーの技術を持っていながらそれを分け与えないこと
"The real crime against humanity is to have clean technology and not to share it,
という表現がありますが、その通りだと思いました。
結局、東京の節電という問題ではなく、日本人の生き方が
問われていますが、実は世界中の生き方の問題だと言う事
ですね。
